Kareena Kapoor Calls Herself Bollywood's No. 1 Female Star; Saif Ali Khan's Uranus Joke Confuses Her on Koffee With Karan 9

But, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan won't show any emotions to bid farewell to Koffee with Karan as they are back on deck. It looks like the couple will be making their debut appearance on the ninth and final season of Karan Johar's all-time favourite celebrity chat show with lots of laughter, cheeky remarks and some unexpected answers along with them. Indeed, Kareena was quite content with the show's conclusion, while Saif had a very funny comment on how he never fit in the famous sofa.

Kareena's doing just fine saying goodbye

She has been always PHAT and his ‘gheenious' moments has made the town talk! not complaining! wrote Karan in the teaser he posted on Instagram on Monday. After 16 years on the couch again, they're going to make a royal roar!

Karan started by greeting the couple to the final season. But soon he noticed Kareena's expression, it seemed like she was very happy. “Because, like, now we don't have to keep coming on Koffee with Karan?” she replied when he asked her why. The host was just teasing him, “Thank you for being sensitive to my last season.”

There's also an appearance thing that Saif had to say about that. “Yeah, I think I am a little bit undercast on this show,” he said in jest.

Kareena claims to be the top female star of Bollywood

The couple continued to talk nitty-gritty when Karan asked Kareena who she considers the number one female star in Bollywood these days. The actor was not afraid to reveal herself. “Opposite,” she said, “is the one sitting opposite.” Saif couldn't help but tease his wife on her answer. “You can say nice things about others,” he said to her.” The thought sounded like a joke to Kareena and she replied, “What do you mean?”

After that, the dialog turned even funnier as Karan asked Saif about the colour of his Uranus. To his sense of humour Saif replied, "After bleach or before. As Karan was bursting with laughter, Kareena was left wondering where the conversation was going and asked, “What is happening on the show?”

Saif and Kareena return to couch after 16 years

The episode isn't just a rare joint appearance for the couple, it's also a good opportunity to have some fun along the way. Kareena has appeared with Priyanka Chopra Jonas on Koffee with Karan in Season 6 and Alia Bhatt in Season 8 and has sat on the couch with other celebrities too. But she's not seen often with Saif.

The two were seen together on the show in Season 3 when they were dating in 2010. The return of the two after 16 years of marriage was a special one. This time they don't come as a pair, though, and also have a run in the show's last season.

Saif also had some appearances in the previous season with his mother, Sharmila Tagore. Kareena also made a special appearance in the episode with a video message, where she shared a touching tribute to her husband. She said that Saif was her soul, it was her world.
