Zelensky Says Ukraine Received No Warning Before Missile Strikes, Suspects US Withholding Intelligence on Russian Attacks
The attack on Sunday came after the two other attacks in the past week in which Ukraine claims it had no advance warning from the US intelligence agency.
The US and other allies did not warn Kyiv of a Russian night-time ballistic missile strike on Saturday into Sunday, leaving no clear explanation for the lack of notice for Ukraine's military, the country's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said.
Our partners warned us of the first wave of the attack, but not the second wave. But first of all, the early warning of missile threats by the Americans, Zelensky said.
I don't know the answer, personally, from our partners, our strategic partners, Washington why it's happening, he said.

The attack on Sunday was the third attack by the Russians in the same week Ukraine has been without the expected advance warning from the US intelligence community. “It is already the third such event in a very short time period that we do not have such a warning with ballistic missiles,” Zelensky said.
In the meantime, Trump rebutted the allegations of intelligence sharing on Monday (local time) when he told reporters, “We share intelligence, we share a lot.” He also said, “Don't talk about Ukraine. We have given so much to Ukraine, and they have nothing to give us.
U.S.-Ukraine tensions have been escalating over the last several days between Zelensky and Trump. While Zelensky has said that the Trump administration is “on the wrong side of history”, the US President has accused the Ukrainian leader of not wanting to end the war with Russia.
